A little late, exactly one month. But Introducing the newest member to Be Bold Fitness, MJ. Sometimes it’s best to just go old school. One of my favorite exercises, T-bar rows. Great way to build your back, hit your mid traps, rhomboids and your lats. Also, a great way to get in some indirect core work.
Here is a good full body functional movement. Pull into rotational press for 3 sets of 10-15 reps each side.
