We’ve been cooking throughout May at Project Function Santa Monica. Along with our membership, we have a team of dedicated trainers who help you solve your movement dysfunctions. Most of our members complement their training with intermittent one on one training to upgrade their programming and develop a better intuition of how to practice on their own. Self practice wins! But we are here to help you get there.

We are reopening our sponsored training program with some new guidelines!

As practitioners, we LOVE to work with people who want to learn how to workout 💪🏻

As they say, give a man a fish, he eats for a day, teach a man to fish, he eats for a lifetime.

We want to teach you how to fish!

The truth is, no matter how much one on one training you do, if you don’t learn how to workout/think for yourself, your results will be limited.

We find this to be the number 1 limiting factor for people when they train with us.

How willing are they to use their critical thinking skills? Not rely on/fall for band aid fixes/linear solutions that don’t get to the root of the problem?

The fact is, we are only your guides! We cannot complete your movement journey for you. You and only you are the one who can bring yourself to a stronger, more resilient version of your current self!

So we’d like to incentive that type of thinking with more strict sponsored training guidelines.

If you’re someone who wants to finally learn how to workout, willing to put in work, commitment and real effort, then fill out the sponsored training application in our link tree.

Check out our awesome new space! Over 5000 sq ft, our new and improved interior design and layout allows for spacious one on one training as well as membership options to utilize our technology. Work with a Human Biomechanics Specialist and then come in and hammer out reps on your own, our facility has state of the art cable machines, lifting equipment, and athletic movement training. Whether you have aches and pains, want to improve your posture, or are an athlete wanting to improve their potential, we’re the gym for you!

Our junior trainer meetings are where we mentor the next generation of Project Function trainers. This helps ensure quality of service and best practices as we navigate complex problem solving, business development, and our collective vision. We encourage them to continually sharpen their skills in every area, including helping them self-identify their strengths and weaknesses and help with how to improve.
