H.I.T Class is an hour long conditioning class primarily aimed at improving power, muscular endurance, cardiopulmonary fitness and functional range of motion through the use of many different training methods. It consists of both interval and steady state training utilizing body weight, kettlebells, dumbbells, medicine balls and other equipment. Each session will begin with a general warm up that will also serve as functional range of motion and core training. The workout for that day will then be explained followed by a more specific warm up suited to the days movements if needed. After a brief rest the high intensity portion of the workout will begin. The goal will generally be to complete as many repetitions of an exercise or sequence of exercises in a given amount of time.
