We tend to think of memory loss, depression, anxiety, loss of energy, hopelessness, fat gain, dementia and Alzheimer’s as normal things that happen when we age. The only reason it appears normal is because of how we eat. If we’ve been feeding ourselves improperly our whole lives then it is normal.
