I wasn’t just working out.�I was showing him how to live in his body.
I was intentional about this.
He was with me through workouts, in-home sessions, and the moments I chose to move instead of shut down.
I feel blessed to have been able to share such a core part of myself with my son.
I encourage you to share a part of you with your child, even if it feels messy or unorganized.
Because when it’s genuine, it stays. It starts with us.
