We did it! 🏃🏽♀️🦃🏃🏾♂️ I achieved my goal of participating in the Turkey Trot, and DJ crushed his first Kid Dash! Being an active, healthy mom is a lifelong aspiration of mine, and every day I strive to make progress towards it. It’s not about showcasing perfection; it’s about sharing the journey, the triumphs, and the hard work so he understands the dedication required to achieve anything. I love that he thrives on the energy of the other runners and views these experiences as exhilarating! I pray we have many more races and runs together as he grows older, stronger, and faster. One day I’ll be pushing him in a stroller, and the next I’ll tell him I’ll catch up with him - don’t let me hold you back! 🥰

Shout out to for the NEW HydroKnit Move Trainer ! First thing I noticed about the shoe was how much lighter in weight they were than the first iteration of the Move Trainer 🪶👟. I’m appreciating the upgrades of stain resistant & water repellent as well! 😎 So, a little water, dirt, or sweat drops won’t mess up my shoes. I’ll be able to go from a workout, to training clients to Mom duty with fresh shoes.
