After a long, hot day of walking and activity, this is where I return.

Viparita Karani — Legs-Up-the-Wall, supported with props — is one of the most grounding and cooling restorative poses we have in Iyengar Yoga.

💠 It calms the nervous system
💠 Reduces swelling in the legs
💠 Helps regulate blood pressure
💠 Gently resets the balance after being on your feet all day

In the heat of summer, it’s not always about pushing harder — it’s about learning to pause, recalibrate, and return to yourself.
