No matter how small, progress is PROGRESS!
Most importantly never compare someone elsesβ journey to your own. What works best for one person doesnβt always work for everyone else. I like to think of it as a roadmap with different roads, twists and turns giving you the choice of where you want to explore. After all it is YOUR journey, not theirs!

Donβt have room for a full gym at home?
Get yourself a partition! Itβs not just decorative but functional. For me it separates out a space for me to focus on my workout!
A couple of weights, a set of bands, a foam roller, a mat and a motivational quote to round off the space. AND THE BEST PART, set up is quick and easy and you can put it all away when you are done or use an empty corner and leave it up! πͺπ»π

What habits do you have that you want to change?
For me itβs my sugar intake... π¬
Mindlessly working on my computer with chocolate chips in front of me, next thing I know Iβm half way through the bag and have a gnarly headache! π€ And somewhere along the line I developed this mindset of βif I eat it all right now there wonβt be the opportunity to over indulge later.β π€¦π»ββοΈ So now, I have to swap this βbadβ habit with a new healthier one! Not buying chocolate chips, keeping my water bottle full and healthier snacks to curb the craving for sugar. ONE STEP AT A TIME! π
