Get ready for YogaRide in the Redwoods on Oct 25! We’ll ride e-bikes along Healdsburg’s Westside Road and practice yoga in a secluded redwood grove. Then, join us for the final YogaHike of the season on Oct 26 at Bodega Bay Trailhead. 🚴‍♀️🧘🥾

Few weekends back, explored some wine country roads on e-bikes out to Wohler Bridge redwood grove, and led a private group yoga session at the coast. Grateful to call this beautiful County home 🏡
