Nothing like a little sesh to get me centered for the week ahead. It was a chilly 🥶 little morning in my studio. My beau always has his camera at the ready 🤷🏻‍♀️. I haven’t posted in a long while, just haven’t felt compelled. It’s been time for going within for sure. Change is on the horizon... but that’s always the case, we just get disillusioned with certainty. It’s been a year of highs and lows and at times I’ve let fear get the better of me. Going within is always my answer to fear, remembering the truth of who I am and the truth of my safety. Life is magical ✨New things are on the horizon and today I’m excited and grateful 🙌🏼 Blessings sweet humans 💜

I try to remind myself certainty doesn’t exist, it’s only an illusionary part of this magical dream we are experiencing. Nothing is certain, everything is impermanent. And in spite of this knowing, days like today feel so challenging. So many worries and fears coming up in my consciousness. Pandemic, job uncertainty, fires all around me. Some days it’s all too much. I feel afraid. So I guess I sit with that for now. All is impermanent, even these worries and so I breathe and know that this too shall pass. Just as the sun rises and sets each day... so do life’s challenges. Stay safe everyone. 🙏🏼 📸

I say good morning to the sun ☀️
Sitting in silence and complete stillness, everything past and future dissolves. Only now. I feel the vibration of the rock upon which I sit, the vibration of the sacred ground, of Mother Earth. She is called Mother Earth for a reason, without her we wouldn’t exist. She was here long before us and will be here long after human life is extinguished. She gives unconditionally, without ever asking anything in return. And we humans repay her by acting like petulant children, ungrateful and spoiled. Me, me, me. Want, want, want. Take, take, take. So as I meditate I offer the only thing I can offer her now, gratitude. And everyday I offer this pittance. I honor you Mother Earth, I will be a steward of your land, of this planet 🌎 Thank you for the sustenance, thank you for your majestic displays of beauty. I am eternally grateful 🙏🏼 📸
