PASA Senior Maya Heyland takes the Norwegian Championship as she wins the 200 IM SCM (2:11.50). She finished 3rd in the 100 fly (59.56) yesterday and has 2 more Championship opportunities in the upcoming 200 fly and 400 IM!

A very busy start to the fall at Rinconada Site of PASA. Just finished a great dryland clinic with Atiba Wade and looking forward to our clinic with USA Swimming legend Lilly King in a couple of weeks. In between Coach Tony will share his experiences with the Oregon Swimming community at their Annual Swimposium. Go PASA!

Day 2 of Futures in the books and the team is racing their hearts out. Many great swims, new standards, and most importantly racing hard for the team especially on relays. Keep up the great racing, we’re half way there. !

Day 1 of 4 in the books at the Summer Futures Championships in Natomas. Strong individual and even stronger relay performances helped set the tone for the first day. Three more days to go!!

The tradition continues. It’s our 33rd year of taking the graduating Sr’s from our site of PASA to a nice dinner at Sundance Mining Company.
