Big win for the Broncos tonight beating UC Davis 6-3 at home. Great goaltending by Frankie Nix and a couple of timely goals propelled Santa Clara to their tenth win of the season. A big thanks to Assistant Coach Todd Wiele for stepping up while Coach Gray is basking in the sun in Hawaii. Santa Clara is now 10-4 and have won 8 of their last 9. We are off for the break but hope to ride the momentum into the New Year. Happy Holidays and we hope to see everyone in January!
Broncos best Stanford 6-0 tonight at Redwood City. With 50 shots on net, Santa Clara earns their 9th win of the season and have won 7 of their last 8.
With the thanksgiving break coming up, the Broncos are off until December 6th when they play UC Davis. Come out and support the Broncos as they attempt to gain a bid to ACHA regionals!

The Broncos had a great weekend at the Santa Rosa Wine Country Collegiate Classic. Santa Clara finished the weekend 2-1 with a 7-0 win over The College of the Canyons. The Broncos started off strong with 3 goals in the first period and never looked back. With another strong performance by Freshman Goalie Frankie Nix, the Broncos are now 8-4 on the season.
Unfortunately the Broncos suffered a 6-2 loss on Friday night to the University of New Mexico allowing two goals in the last minute of play.
The next game is this Friday vs Stanford in Redwood City at 4:45.
