Awesome turnout for Murph today! 🇺🇸
So many people showed up to honor the day — Rx, scaled, partnered, and everything in between. Huge thank you to the firefighter crews who came out and did Murph with us!
A few of the Legends showed up early just to get a picture with the firefighters afterward… apparently Murph wasn’t the only thing getting their heart rates up today. 😉🚒

100 pull-ups

300 air squats
