As an Olympic weightlifter, my coach @coachrichlansky helped me win multiple national championships and represent the USA at the international level. Back in 2016, I quit Olympic weightlifting to pursue powerlifting, and since then I have coached myself through trial and error. However, this all changed back in January when I saw @coachrichlansky offering online powerlifting and weightlifting coaching. Since working with @coachrichlansky again, my total has gone up 50 lbs over the past 6 months, while also losing 15 lbs of bodyweight.
