To all of our amazing kiddos & teens, happy end of the school year! 🌊 You made it through another season of growth, challenges, learning, and change. Now it’s time to welcome in the fresh energy of summer, adventure, rest, connection, and joy. 💛🌞✨
🌊☀️ Salty Wellness Crew ☀️🌊
This is our LAST SUP Kids Wellness of the season before Coach Leah & Coach Toast sail back to Davy Jones’ locker… aka the deep seas of Massachusetts.
Ms. Em will be taking the summer off from running kids water programs without her salty crew by her side.
Because this workshop is going to be EXTRA special, we opened up a few more spots for kiddos who want to join us for one final salty adventure together!
At SUP Kids Wellness, it’s not just mental health, it’s mental health promoted by a community that rides the waves of life together.
📍 Join us Saturday, May 16th from 9:30AM–12:00PM for one final morning of connection, confidence, mindfulness, movement, and salty fun on the water.
But don’t worry, you can still find Ms. Em at the office with Woodsey Burns, and at our Girls Group land adventures throughout the summer! 🎨🧘🏻♀️✨

As we approach the end of the school year, we know stress levels are rising for many of our NYAM & Generazzo Therapy parents. Between exams, transitions, and busy schedules, it’s important to pause and take care of your own well-being too. You’re doing an amazing job supporting your kids through this season 🤍
🧜♀️ We’re so excited for our upcoming SUP Kids workshop on Saturday, April 25th from 9:30AM–12:00PM! It’s going to be a special experience for kids to build confidence, connect with peers, and learn new skills in a fun and supportive environment.
And parents, we haven’t forgotten about you! Partnered with SUP East Coast Style, Emily & Kalesta will be teaching an all-levels SUP Yoga class for adults on Saturday’s as well. Sign up here:

Paddleboard Yoga on the Water!
Two chances to get on board for this unique floating yoga experience!
Move, breathe, and flow while surrounded by sunshine, salt air, and the peaceful rhythm of the water. Paddleboard yoga combines gentle paddling, balance, and yoga in a fun and supportive environment. No experience is needed; just come ready to try something new, laugh a little, and enjoy the magic of being on the water.
