🏆 EPIC TRANSFORMATION 🏅

We saw more than scale wins too… During our time together Ryan:

🏅 Went on multiple Disney vacations with his kids AND had the energy to keep up with them!

🏆 EPIC TRANSFORMATION 🏅
🗣 SPECIAL SHOUT OUT to one of my clients, Rob, who just wrapped up a 12-week program in The Physique Lab Coaching Program 💪🏼👨🏽🔬
⚖️ 151.8 lbs ➡️ 157.8 lbs
UP 6 LBS OF LEAN MUSCLE!
Rob came to me back in January looking to lose some fat and gain about 5 lbs of lean muscle
He had been doing workouts from one of those generic fitness apps and was seeing some okay results, but he knew he wanted to kick things up a notch 🔥
He knew it was time to call The Fit Chemist 😎
We saw SO MANY wins along this short journey:
🏅 Chest, shoulder, and quad gains
🏅 Tightened up the midsection
🏅 Lost lower back fat
🏅 Unreal tricep and bicep definition now
🏅 No more aches and pains… only the good kind from working out (per his words!)
🏅Realized that he wasn’t eating bad, but just not enough to hit his goals - and how to fix that
🏅Learned how to hit his nutrition goals while traveling for work

Brandon was on the fence about joining the team at first but realized if he didn’t make an investment in himself, why would he invest in anything else?
Welp, he did it 👏🏼
CLEARLY, we got some AMAZING results together 🤩
I think he’d be the first person to tell you that he sure is glad he decided to be a part of The Physique Lab.
We saw more than just scale wins too... During our first 16 weeks together he:
🏅fit into suits that he hasn’t been able to wear in years 🤵🏽♂️
🏅skyrocketed his self-esteem 🚀

Here’s one thing I definitely *WOULDN’T* be doing if I wanted to remain unhappy with my progress on the scale
👉🏼 comparing myself to others ❌
Look, I get it. Losing weight is a challenging journey…
And seeking motivation from others (especially those who are on a similar journey or have already achieved the result that you’re after) can be a good thing
But here’s what you need to be aware of:
TRUTH 💣: Comparison is the thief of joy
You might be excited that you lost 0.5 lbs this week but then get upset when you find out someone else you know lost 2 lbs.
“That’s not fair!! 😩” is probably what you tell yourself in those moments
But you need to remember:
1️⃣ everyone’s body is different & weight loss isn’t a one-size-fits-all process
2️⃣ constantly comparing yourself to others can lead to lower levels self esteem through negative self talk (and we all know how important confidence is for us busy bachelors!!)
3️⃣ weight loss is about more than just the number on the scale. It’s about your health, your energy levels, your body image, and much more.
At the end of the day, remember it’s YOU vs. YOU
Not you vs. someone else
✅ Track the right metrics:
🏋🏽♂️ Workouts (weight lifted)
🏃🏽♂️ Cardio (steps, HIIT, LISS)
📏 Measurements (neck, torso, waist, hips)
👔 How clothes are fitting
🍗 Your protein intake
🍎 Fruit and veggie intake (2 servings of each per day)
🔋energy levels and caffeine dependence
😴 Sleep habits
😬Stress management
✅ Make sure you’re improving week over week
And you’ll be well on your way to losing 10-15 lbs in the next 90 days…
…while also remaining happy with your progress 😃

These incredible results were achieved within just 8 weeks 🤩
⚖️ 258 lbs ➡️ 243 lbs
Down 14 lbs 🤯
✅ Stomach is flatter
✅ Face and neck are leaner
✅ Mid section is tighter
✅ Lost some stubborn lower back fat
