Focused core work is an essential part of strength training. The core is used to support all functional movements in life. Many times having a sore lower back stems from weak muscles. We have helped many people with lower back pain through proper core training. It’s also beneficial for athletics.

We’re still here helping Sarasota get stronger and fitter using our 10Ten method. We are so grateful for our snowbirds who come down from the north for part of the year. We decided to take a small break from posting to focus on all our new clients. As the busy season winds down we will be back to creating content and helping our locals stay fit all summer 💪🏼☀️
