Boot Camp fitness leaders who get people in shape to kick butt and take names in real life. No nonse Here’s the short version of what you need to know!
We started a gym in Denver in 2010. A different kind of gym. A warehouse gym. Where we did hard exercises. We didn’t use machines or typical health club routines. Our workouts were designed for any fitness level, but are also very challenging for everyone. Our gym membership grew and grew. Hundreds of people flocked to our gym daily to do our bootcamp style workouts! We ended up changing the lives
We had the biggest adventure race training teams in the entire state of Colorado (Tough Mudder, Spartan Race, etc) Our members started living with passion and enjoying the freedom that comes with getting in crazy good shape. Not bodybuilding, ripped for an hour, once in your life shape, oiled up, in a bikini, but can’t actually do anything athletic because you might pull a muscle shape. No not that. Our members got in real life shape. Like play with your kids in the yard. Jump into a volleyball game at the beach. Run a half marathon, Do a Tough Mudder. Hike a mountain. Feel good about yourself, but not in a superficial way. We had SWAT teams and house wives working out together and getting really fit, in a real sense. Ready to kick butt and take names. Our gym is still going in Denver, currently still named after us, Davis Training Boot Camp. We sold it to our employee and he is keeping up the same traditions of grueling workouts that test you mentally and physically. The kind of grueling workouts that make you better! We moved to Sarasota area and have brought our bootcamp workouts into the cage area at Crunch on Bee Ridge Rd. We have a cage area that gives you that warehouse, no mirrors, get down to business and sweat atmosphere. But also had the benefits of a health club! (showers, locker room, free weights, kids club, etc)
We have a special deal for the first 20 spots of our new location $94 a month. month to month. no contract. Regular price is $200 a month. So you better get on it, if your going to do it! What we do is not personal training. It’s Davis training. And we have found it is better for many. To me, personal training is boring. Literally, snoozeville! This is in a group environment. The workouts are different everyday. You bond with the other characters in the workouts. You gain friends who are like minded and also living with passion. We have found that the results are better, it’s a better experience and it’s a better price! We welcome all to our bootcamp workouts! We do not yell or intimidate in our classes. We encourage and motivate. Nikki and I (Sean) live this stuff. We are this bootcamp. We live for two things: our family and this bootcamp. Not because we have to, because it is who we are. We love it! So we will help lead you and support you on your journey to get fit. We succeed in leading others because we have done it ourselves. We do it everyday along side you. We have been out of shape and we have gotten in great shape. We do things different and it works! It really, really works. We hope you can come along in the journey.

It's a geniune thrill to go away and work on yourself daily and reintroduce your old self with optimism and confidence to the you that thought it was over.

Today I did 100 Burpees warm up, then a workout:
100 burpees= 10 sets of 10 burpees
Then I did 3 rounds of:
10 push jacks
10 sit outs
10 med ball slams
10 sandbag squats
10 sandbag lunges
10 rows
10 curl
