The 2025-26 Lady Sailors season has come to an end and we couldn’t be more proud of these girls! Even though the scoreboard reflected a 0-1 loss, these girls played an amazing 80 minutes of soccer! How long have you been playing? 11 years
Fave team memory: The concerts on the bus coming back from away games and trying to spy on the other teams before the talent shows at Camp.
What will you miss the most? My teammates. Each and every person on the team has undoubtedly shaped me who I am. today. The laughs, smiles, and secret giggles with others during instruction will always be something I’ll look back on and cherish. I am truly so grateful for this team; thank you for being my reason everyday to show up.
Hobbies: pickleball, video games, going to the beach, cooking, making matcha and hanging out with friends!
After graduation plans: I plan on attending a 4-year university in florida and majoring in toxicology or health sciences!
Message to your younger teammates: Play with your heart, and use everyday as an opportunity to grow/learn more about yourself! I wasn’t always the loudest or even remotely close to a leader at that. Get out your comfort zone! Talk to others even if you’re nervous, lead even if you’re unsure, and just be yourself. You have nothing to lose :)
How do you want to be remembered? I want to be remembered as someone who made others laugh and smile. Someone who was welcoming, kind and goofy. 💝gosh you will really be missed Emery! You are soooooo sweet and caring and just being around you feels like a hug! Everyone feels your sweetness! You are such an incredible player that plays with such strength speed and calmness… it has been so much fun getting to know you these years as a sailor… come back and visit! Enjoy your senior night and senior year!!! Congratulations!!! 🧡

I have been playing for ten years.
My favorite memory with the team is definitely our camping trips and annual talent show!
I will miss playing with a team I love, all the friendships I’ve made, our pre game bus rides, and making each other posters before games.
In my free time I love to go to the beach, go to the gym, and spend time with friends.
After graduation I plan to attend a four year university to pursue a pre health major.
To my younger teammates, cherish every moment on the field and don’t stop believing in yourself. Lean on your teammates and encourage each other! Try to enjoy every second of high school soccer because it will be gone before you know it.
I want to be remembered as someone a reliable and encouraging teammate on and off the field.

There are so many truly special memories that it’s impossible to pick just one, but what stands out most is all the laughter and smiles we share from our camp traditions each year to live commentating at practices, chaotic bus rides back, and always finding ways to hype each other up.
I will miss my teammates the most. This sport has brought me so much closer to some of my closest friends, and the bond between both teams is truly so special. I will never forget the inside jokes, the memories, and the closeness this team has given me.
I’m also going to miss showing up early to every game to cheer on the JV team. I’ve loved watching them play and supporting them each year, it’s always been one of my favorite parts of the season.
I love playing soccer, running, putting together bible studies, reading, sports, and being with friends and family!
I plan to attend college and I hope to continue to play soccer.
A reminder to never take a moment for granted. Every touch, every step on the pitch, every second doing what you love is fleeting. Play with your heart, show up for each other, and cherish the memories and possibilities ahead. The challenges help you grow, the joy will come, and never forget your “why”
I want to be remembered as a leader for this team, someone who showed leadership through my actions and through supporting my teammates.
I hope they remember me as someone who never gave up, always kept fighting, and played with heart for the love of the sport and the love of the team.
I hope they know I’m here for them in anything and everything.
I hope they remember me as someone who could make them laugh, bring energy to the team, and remind them of the joy of playing the sport.
And I hope that in some small way, I can be even a little bit of an inspiration to them, just like they’ve been to me. ⚽💗
