Currently sitting at 190lbs. Legs will start coming in more around 180-3. Very excited about how I look at this weight now. Current routine, weight trading split still the same. Just 3x a week of HITT cardio. While hitting macros daily by weighing food. I’m just doing this for me and to give my self a challenge and give people around me motivation especially how time are now! Just keep working on yourself and you accomplish more each day!

Being in tune with your body has to be the best feeling ever, well actually a gift. But you have to work though a lot of pain to reach it. Feeling pretty lean at 210 now. My main focus now is being mobile and functional at every body weight. I train for aesthetics as well. So I do bodybuild and do a lot of aerobic work as well on my rest days. If you want results figure out your body type, train to that set body type and eat for your body type. If you need help I do take online clients. It doesn’t matter how you work out, what matters is that you continue to progress at whatever is you’re doing. Keep it simple and not complicated. Feel free to ask me questions!

Back to 188, Feeling amazing. This is where i feel my best so I'm going to stay here for awhile. Its all about figuring out what works for you. I really just love working out, no desire to compete at the moment, just trying to beat the guy in the mirror. Trust the Process and you will change. Just be positive and work hard af 💪

If you want to be held accountable and get the results you're looking for on your own time then online training is the way to go for you. You will get results if you work hard and be honest and don't give any excuses. Everyones got time to workout and cook, even if that means getting up and extra hour early or going to bed a little late. Stop making excuses because their are people out there that don't have the opportunities that you have. Be can person not a can't!!!

If you want real results today is the day you make it happen. Quit relying on google searched workouts and get something tailored to you. There are so many benefits in having a Personal Trainer.
1. Your time in the Gym is spent doing the right things for your goals.
2. You get pushed and motivated to work a lot harder than when you're alone.
3. You know your doing exercises right because your Trainer will tell and show you how to do each and every exercise with proper form.
4. You'll learn how to exercise and know what to do when you are actually alone, instead of doing the same exercises every day. Every exercise has a reason for doing it and you should know what it's working and why you're doing it.

The list goes on and on. Put the Ego aside, because everybody doesn't know everything and you have to be willing to learn and figure out what working hard really is to actually get results.

This is for anyone, maybe you can only make it to the gym on certain times when trainers aren't available and still need be held accountable. It's easy to go into the gym and not work hard.
