We’re currently gauging interest from girls ages 10, 11, and 12 who would like to be part of a 7-on-7, non-contact flag football team competing during the regular football season.

What We Know So Far:

🏈 Girls ages 10, 11 & 12 compete together on one 12U team
🏈 7-on-7 non-contact flag football
🏈 Saturdays during the regular football season
🏈 Local travel within our conference area
🏈 Season runs July through December
🏈 Maximum roster size of 15 athletes
🏈 Opportunity to compete at Nationals in Virginia Beach on December 12-13

The countdown is on! We’re excited to kick off our Fall Cheer season on July 27th and can’t wait to welcome both returning and new athletes to the sidelines!

📅 Practice Days: Mondays & Wednesdays
⚠️ Important: The first 2 weeks of practice are mandatory and will also include Thursdays at the same scheduled team time.

📣 Practice Times
❤️ 6U Team: 6:00–7:15 PM
🖤 8/10U Team: 6:00–7:30 PM
🤍 12/14U Team: 6:00–7:45 PM

🏈 Football games on Saturdays, starting with the Jamboree on August 15th!

🏆 Indoor Competition practices will begin later in the season (Team’s day and time TBD).
