It’s time to start training ….

Dear Friends of Pilates Loft,

I find myself quite grateful today!

We have had two devastating hurricanes come through our beautiful Gulf Coast Sarasota. I know some of you have experienced flooding, loss of vehicles, and damage to your homes. We can all exhale now and move forward into a beautiful season of Thanksgiving. The calm that can happen after the storm is upon me. I am thankful that each of you is safe and able to rebuild if necessary.

I am currently in Atlanta. My flight had to be rescheduled due to cancellations.

The Studio will open on Tuesday, October 15th. Please come at your regular scheduled time. Feel free to text me if you have to cancel, reschedule, or need confirmation of your appointment.

This will be your first time at the new location for some of you.
Please review the parking opportunities listed below:

- Street parking in front of the building on Hillview.
- Parking behind the building. (There is a reserved spot with the studio name on it; if I'm parked in the back, please park right behind my Jeep)
- Parking lot a few doors down.

There is a two-hour time limit in these designated parking locations.

I look forward to seeing you next week, starting on October 15th.

Excited for the next Chapter for the Pilates Loft Of Sarasota.

My dear client and friend Karen Bernstein passed away on July 21st surrounded my her immediate family and friends . When Karen walked in the room you got Karen! She was genuine as can be ! She reminded me of my grandmother so much !! She was witty, smart , and a great listener!!
Louis (my standard poodle )adored her . Karen would have taken my dog if I was not careful !! I am so grateful to have known Karen for so many years at my studio !! My deepest sympathy to Tommy Bernstein also my client, but more than that… my dear friend .

The weeks before Christmas break… grateful for 2023 and my beautiful family of clients .
Good days ,
not so good days ,
recovery days ,
painful days and victory days .
I see every type of day in each of my clients . The amazing part of my day is each of you never quit trying ! I get to be a part of your healing and your ultimate strength.
I lost my dear friend ,a faithful client, and a regular of of my jazz music . I miss him so much. Love you Bill Kayser .

I am ending 2022 with a grateful heart to all my clients . I have looked out these windows for over 10 years, and it is inside these windows where the magic happens . It’s a joy to help YOU feel better, perform better , and get better !

It's my privilege to help you get stronger, feel better, move better, reach your individual goals, and continue to be the best you can be in your body.

In December, I will be taking some time off to spend time with my family and gear up for a healthy 2022.
