PUNCH Fitness is from 6:00-6:30pm Monday-Friday and is taught by a long time gym member, Dominic Yacca. A native to New York, he has trained there/here and pushed others to do better for a long time in and out of the gym. Due to an injury he will be out until next week. The class is designed to get the most out of high interval training to strengthen your core, increase hand speed, and cardio. So if you're looking to drop body fat and increase your cardio endurance, stop by!

The old saying goes like this " if you can't take the heat, get out of the kitchen". Same thing at the fight club, no matter what the temperature is we deal with it and keep on going, no excuses for the winning team. Cold AC and fancy looking machines are not part of our training, our one on one boxing proven to be the best result to learn boxing, lose weight, feel great and and reach your goal in less time than any other workout.

The SFC welcomes all members who are taking advantage of the last few days for signing up before August 1st. After the 1st the new rate for all new members will be $50 a month includes all classes, all old adult members rate will stay the same $30 a month, and $20 for kids up to 18 years old.

The track behind the gym has a new Obstacle Course. Starting Monday, all BOXERS at our gym will be training an extra two exercises.

Membership are $20 a month includes one on one training everyday, all boxing gear are available at our gym to purchase at discounted price.
