I remember being 40lbs heavier, fat, insecure, I was embarrassed to take pictures or take my shirt off…

Humans are social creatures, and it is natural for us to want to be apart of a community.
❌ Life gets really f*cked up when you start to base your decisions on others opinions.
Not everyone will share your vision.
Not everyone will be as ambitious as you.
Not as focused.
So why would you even want their validation? 🙅🏽♂️
When I started go dabble in and pursue the entrepreneurial lifestyle…
Several friends looked down on me and said I was just wasting my time.
They did not maybe will never understand.
So, I didn’t wait for their approval.
That would have just been a pointless waste on my time and energy.
I forged my own path. Made decisions on my own, and I’m proud that I did.
You too can become a confident person only if you STOP seeking others approval and realize your worth. 💎💯

Today is my birthday 🥳 25 years.
A quarter century on this earth 🌍 and I have never been more grateful & blessed to be alive.
Every year life always has new trials & tribulations it likes to throw our way.
Most look at this and say, “why is this happening to me?”
Others say “What lesson is this teaching me?”
If I could go back 10 years and learn this lesson sooner that would be it.
It’s not what life throws at us we need to worry about …
It’s how we react to ANYTHING comes our way, and learn from how we reacted.
That is how we grow.
That is how we will evolve.
24 was wild, and I am ecstatic at all the opportunities that were presented to me, and new people I got to meet.
At the end of life, the only thing that will matter are the relationships we create and the impact we leave on others.
Make sure you are a good human being!

🤟🏽Hip thrust machine was being used so I went to this 👇🏽 -
Reverse lying leg curl hip thrusts-controlling the negative and exploding on the positive. Hitting some low rep ranges with sweet long pauses in between each rep 🤟🏽 -
Tip 👉🏽 when performing a hip thrust movement place your feet slightly farther in front to force you to drive up through your heels to help isolate the primary muscles being worked which are the glutes & put less tension through your quads. 👊🏽

Current weight cut update- 6 pounds down since January 1st. Going at a slow rate to maintain as much muscle as I can during this phase. Keeping cardio to about 3 days a week, nothjng to drastic very manageable 🙌🏽
