Practice is where you find your Self

A journey completed,
and a thousand quiet ripples still moving through us.
This heart-opening, consciousness-expanding adventure was not always easy—
few worthwhile things are.
What challenged us shaped us.
What opened us changed us.
From Medellín, Parque Arví, and Cerro Tusa…
to stories shared and paths revealed.
From coffee in Venecia and laughter along the way…
to the quiet welcome of Vanadurga.
From the long road—tuktuk, bus, plane, bus, jeep—
to arriving, again and again, exactly where we needed to be.
From the wisdom voices of the Kogi peoples of the Sierra Nevada…
to remembering how to listen.
From the river carrying us downstream…
to the ocean reminding us of our vastness.
From cliffs and crashing waves…
to tables filled with nourishment, blessing, and laughter.
Each moment, a treasure.
Each step, a teacher. ✨
May we integrate what was revealed.
May we hold our hearts open to possibility.
May the residue of this shared time
continue to touch us—quietly and deeply.
Until we are on the road together again…
may every day be a journey.
Today is a new day.
We shall not waste it.
