Heidi VanderChez 1 year anniversary with me. She is not consistent, she goes on her roles here, sometimes every day, sometimes gone for weeks at a time. She puts herself thru battles that are not needed but she continues to take the abuse and keep on coming. Has changed herself in many ways, we will continue to work on her and shape her into the Savage I know she is. If it was easy everyone would do it. Change requires regular consistency. So proud of her for showing up to my classes while having the ability to learn the different movements in boxing. She has changed herself mentally and physically.
