🎬 Back-to-School Parents' Night Out is July 17 from 5:30–9:30 PM! We'll have s'mores, karaoke, a movie, and pizza. Honestly, what more could you ask for? Drop the kids off for a night packed with fun while you enjoy a few hours to yourself.

Basketballs bouncing, playground climbing, nonstop laughing, and memories being made all around. With 20+ kids showing up and showing out, this is the perfect way to kick off summer! ☀️💥🏀🥋🛝

This summer, give your child more than just “something to do.” ☀️🥋

Our Summer Karate Program is designed to keep kids active, confident, focused, and growing all summer long in a positive, supportive environment where every child feels welcomed and encouraged.

Whether your child is brand new to karate or returning back to the mats, summer is one of the best times to build momentum, create friendships, and grow both mentally and physically.

Throughout the program, students will:
✔ Stay active and burn energy in a structured way
✔ Build confidence, discipline, and focus
✔ Learn real-life bully prevention and self-defense skills
✔ Improve coordination, fitness, and mental resilience
✔ Develop positive friendships and teamwork
✔ Be part of a fun, uplifting environment all summer long

We welcome all ages and experience levels, and classes are grouped by age to make sure students feel comfortable, challenged, and engaged.

Spots tend to fill as summer approaches, especially in our younger age groups, so if you’ve been considering trying karate or getting your child back involved, this is a great opportunity.

Happy Mother’s Day to the incredible moms who joined us this morning for our Mom & Me Self-Defense Class! 🌸🥋

A huge thank you to Miss Rachel, Miss Samantha, and Miss Dawn for showing up and absolutely crushing it on the mat! Your hard work, positive attitudes, and willingness to step outside your comfort zones made this morning so special.

It was heartwarming to watch the kids work side by side with their moms, guiding them through each technique and showing just how much they appreciate everything you do. The pride on their faces said it all.

Thank you to all of the amazing mothers who lead with love, strength, and endless support. We hope you felt celebrated today because you truly deserve it.

From the dojo to dodgeball and trampolines 🌅🥋 Treated our students to Urban Air Adventure Park for inviting new friends, and safe to say… we all had a blast 😎💥

Sparring: where drills turn into instinct and confidence hits back 🌅🥋 Sparring can look intense from the outside, but this is where everything changes. Kids become more focused, more controlled, more aware… and yes, tougher. Sparring isn’t about becoming a bully, it’s about learning how to handle pressure with confidence. God forbid your child ever faces a situation where they need to stand their ground, sparring helps them respond, not react, and handle it with grace and class. And for those who choose to compete, it takes everything to another level! It hits different 😉👊🏼
