Wanted to take a minute to tell you how proud and honored we are to be partnered with Lax Maniax. The weather has made it impossible for them to train so the organization reached out to us today and said we cant have our girls go a week without a serious workout. Can we accommodate. We will always accommodate our partners. It was a great night two solid sessions for these players. They got the work out in that they needed. Thank you, Lax maniax for partnering with us and trusting us with the development of your athletes.

It started with their middle schooler looking for a place to work out, and turned into a family affair. 💪

Joe found D1 Sarasota for his son and quickly realized it wasn’t just a place for kids. Now, Mom and Dad are getting their workouts in through our adult classes, too!

D1 Sarasota is for the whole family. Come train, get stronger, and make fitness something you do together. ❤️🔥
