"SWING" - A vibrant addition to Payne Park Tennis Center!
This morning, we celebrated the dedication of âSWING,â a dynamic new sculpture by internationally commissioned artist Michael DiCarlo. Despite the wet weather, the rain held off long enough for a wonderful unveiling event at PPTC.
DiCarloâs work is known for transforming public spaces through movement, color, and interaction with light, and SWING beautifully embodies that spirit. Each evening, the sculpture glows with illumination that creates a captivating journey of motion and energy.
Big shoutâout to the Sarasota Community and the Public Art Committee for absolutely aceâing the selection and adding another winner to the creative landscape of PPTC. Come experience âSWINGâ at the Payne Park Tennis Center.
