When Aurora came to us, she didn’t just need groceries.
She needed time.
Patience.
Consistency.
And someone willing to listen when she said she wasn’t ready yet.

The horse in that first picture was anxious, underweight and always in a hurry.
The horse in the second picture is learning that she doesn’t have to rush anymore.

And maybe that’s my favorite part of her transformation. It isn’t just the weight she’s gained or how beautiful she looks.

She’s learning how to slow down.
So am I.

Turns out we were both exactly where we needed to be.

Your sponsorship helps provide the things that give these horses the chance to become something more than what they were bred for: feed, hay, farrier care, veterinary care, training, rehabilitation and, most importantly, time.

Time to decompress.
Time to learn a new job.
Time to trust.
Time to find out who they are Beyond the Finish Line.

And these horses don’t just get a second chance here. They become part of something bigger. They help people, too.
