Who am I and how am I qualified to treat with Myofascial Release?
I started my journey in MFR about 5 years after graduating from the Swedish School of Massage In Manhattan in 1991
After feeling the simple relief from a “limbo-sacral decompression “ , I was hooked.
I was no longer restricted at my waist and hips.
Now after @ 30 years of helping others decompress I’m still learning.
Just this past May I completed yet another of “John Barnes” MFR classes.
This one- Fascial Cranium”
I’m always so intrigued by how the position of the cranial bones reach down to you sacrum affecting every system in your body.
I’m treating more than a headache.
These techniques treat pelvic imbalances, digestion and elimination issues neck pain and much more.

Back in August of 2025 I attended a 4 day conference of scientists who study and dissect connective tissue .
I thought it would be boring listening to scientists for 4 days.
It turns out they are quite animated and funny. This is because they are so EXCITED about this cutting edge science. They are even studying Live Fascia. ( I would Not want to be that live specimen! )
So I continue to study,learn,investigate,listen to my client’s body and verbal story.
