Meet this year's Times Union Gymnastics All-Stars Saratoga Springs' Olivia Morris is this year's Times Union Athlete of the Year for gymnastics.

A lot of hugs — and a few tears — as we said goodbye to another incredible season.

This year was one to remember. Through hard work, determination, and an incredible team bond, these athletes continued the legacy, bringing home the Section II Championship for the 24th consecutive season. An unbelievable accomplishment that speaks to the dedication of everyone who supports this program.

A huge thank you to our coaches, Deb and Lisa, for your leadership, passion, and countless hours guiding these athletes. We’re also incredibly grateful to our Booster Club, parents, and volunteers whose time, energy, and support make everything possible — from meets and fundraisers to celebrations like this one.

To our seniors, thank you for the leadership, heart, and memories you’ve given this program. You will always be part of the Saratoga Gymnastics family.

High School Athlete of the Week: Olivia Morris, Saratoga Springs Gymnast Olivia Morris of Saratoga Springs won an individual Section 2 title this year as only an eighth grader. We’re still basking in the glory of last night’s Sectionals championship. Big thanks to Rodger Wyland from WNYT NewsChannel 13 for always supporting our gymnastics community.

Section 2 HS Girls' Gymnastic Championship at Shaker Four teams of around 80 gymnasts competed at the Section 2 Girls' Gymnastic Championship at Shaker High School.
