The OHP with an ipsilateral hold allows for the one side of the body to work intensely to negate rotation and maintain form. The better the form, the stronger were becoming, time and time again!

Hello fam! Here’s a quick breakdown of our band jack movement in today’s I-90 workout. One of the biggest keys to remember is to focus FIRST and FOREMOST on the recruitment of the rear delts. This is not a movement in which you need to go with the thickest band possible. Start with a thin band and if need be, move your hands closer together to create tension and a greater resistance. It’s a commonly misunderstood movement here at Metabolic so we’re here today to give you a few quick tips on how to get the MOST out of this exercise.
