Course felt like Times Square 🗽⏱️▪️, turning left to see hello kitty 🐱and right for pitbull and just a little past the merch tent to see some cows 🐮🤠!!! Congratulations to all novice and varsity crews, some of which learned how aerodynamic (but sweaty 💦) bald caps are to row in. Levi, George, and Ethan decided to bring back some fish heads to decorate the erg room 🫵🏼🎉✨💙. With the boats back at sheep farm it could mean only one thing…WINTER IS COMING. 🔜☃️❄️

YIPPEE KAYA-YAY FANS AND FAMILY❕💙❕ Buckle your seatbelts 🚙, adjust your mirrors 🪞, and get sendy. On this weeks episode both novice and varsity crews head to New York (not the Apple 🍎🗽, but the race horse 🏁🐎) to send 14 crews down fish creek❕❕ Thats F as in frank, I, S, H 🐠🐟. Coxswains watch out for those weeds 🌱 and rowers eyes 👀 up cuz I hear Mr. Worldwide 🌏 may make an appearance as well as the MIB 😎 and perhaps even Gru amd his little friends 💛. LEGGGGOOO

Huuuuuge shout to each and every one of y’all that have withstood daily 5:40am mornings 🌌, rowing in the pitch dark ⚫️, coxless 8s, and just simply learning how to do something rlly rlly hard 🚣🏽💨. You are all so beyond amazing!! Can’t wait to see what y’all bring to winter training! ❄️🧤🎿

Not only did Henrow find a closet in the AC called The Bored Room: home to some timeless Middlebury Crew content, but thanks to some alumni we have a look into what the vibes of 2000-2010 were like. ✨🎉😎 Looks like we’ve been speedy since day 1. 💨🫵🏼🥶

With our women’s 8+ requalifying with 9th out of 37 boats in their class and all boats ripping it down the course with races to be proud of, we wanted to shout out everyone who came down to Boston to support and everyone who live-streamed in!

GOOD MORNING BOSTON 🌃☘️🍻. CITY OF CHAMPIONS 🏆. DUNKIN DONUTS🧡💜. AND LOTS OF HONKING IN HEAVY TRAFFIC 🚦. These panthers are ready to rip it down a 4800m course, with 6 (7….) bridges, and a near 180 degree turn, essentially the rowing world equivalent of rainbow road 🌈🚙⚠️. Keep an eye out for the cow print blades 🐮 rippin through some algae infested water 🤓💨. (Word on the street is Levi will be signing autographs at dock pulling and if Tilsley medals, she will shave her head…). OVER AND OUT. 😎

How —> we will be at Middleburys annual club fair sept 16th 4:30-6:00 on McCullough lawn! Simply drop by, speak with the team, give us your contact info and we’ll do the rest. Shortly after we will be hosting a learn to erg session for all novice who are eager to get out on the water!

Why—> Not only is it an amazing sport with exciting races but also the Middlebury crew community is a great introduction to Middlebury life. We believe in working hard together both on and off the water.

Where—> Practices are tbd but historically held every day 4:30pm-7:30pm at Lake Dunmore just down the road.

LAST DAY, LAST DAY🚨🚨🚨🚨Tomorrow is Midd Crews final day of racing at ACRAs and is sure to be packed full of action and nail biting results. We had a huge day with two boats bringing home medals and a shot to bring home more again‼️‼️

ACRA!!!! After a loooooong journey, our crew has made it to TN for the season’s final regatta 😁🎉😎 we are SO happy to be here racing for the next few days! Stay tuned on this insta for updates, shenanigans, and a whole lotta rowing 🚣🐄💙
