This is a 90-minute heated practice featuring a consistent sequence of 26 postures and 2 breathing exercises designed to improve strength, flexibility, balance, and mental focus.
One of the biggest misconceptions about yoga is that you need to be flexible to start. You don’t. The Beginner Bikram sequence works within the natural range of motion of the human body, making it accessible to all levels while helping you safely build mobility, strength, and body awareness over time.
