Our story is simple, we are a group of friends from western Pennsylvania who enjoy sharing our outdoor experiences with our followers. 🦌 🌲 Stay tuned for more!

Lock3Tv got its name from the bait store (Lock #3 Bait&Tackle) where we spent much time hanging around the business. We like to keep our fans updated with hunting and fishing content as well as some other fun stuff! This is something we enjoy doing and we never take things too seriously. We believe in fair chase hunting and fair chase only. We hunt, fish and enjoy kickin’ back some cold ones on the crick bank.

That’s a wrap for our 2026 Colorado elk hunting adventure, but we aren’t going home empty handed this year!! 💥

In one year flat we have learned sooo much about elk hunting the western Colorado Rockies. We flew out this summer and explored more of the 40 mile stretch of mountain ranges we hunted last season. We marked pins on our maps, and four wheeled to nearly 10,000 feet in a jeep finding some prime elk habitat along the way.

We came into this hunt confident someone would get a bull. Luke and “The Bishop Of The Mountain” took Magic Mountain as Timmy, Dan and Penk headed over to the Killing Cliffs. Everyone in our group encountered bull elk within the first two days of our hunt.
On day 3 Timmy and Penk encountered multiple bull elk. They returned on the morning of day 4 and Timmy laid the hammer down on a beautiful bull elk. On day 5 Luke snuck into a blowdown and the elk begin pouring into his lap at bow range but no bull showed up.

This trip was one for the books is all I can describe it as. We had the time of our lives and our new tradition will continue until our bodies no longer allow us, until then we will be back this July to continue learning these mountains like the back of our hand.

Damn near killed a bull elk at bow range with the lever gun! Had no shot opportunity, too thick. He was going absolutely insane!! I didn’t even get to record the good part.

Can’t get em any closer!
We hopped around Magic Mountain for days now and I finally patterned these elk to my feet.
Hopefully a bull steps out tonight!

SMOKE EM IF YOU GOT EM!!!! 💥 💨
Timmy with his first ever public land COLORADO BULL ON THE GROUND!! 🙌
It was a 458 yard shot across the mountain with his 7MAG that dropped the bull in his tracks! 💥
The pack out wasn’t easy and took hours and hours.

We got more bull tags to fill and plenty of days left to hunt, time to get tf after it!
