Feeling so disciplined & motivated lately! It has been so long since i have felt really like myself & not overly stressed or dealing with something ๐ฎโ๐จ
I have a lot of energy again, my stress levels are lower most days- most but i still have days where i feel truly insane or i just cant do it anymore- but ya overall i feel like i have a lot to be excited for, i got to be with ny best friend for 2 weeks and am seeing her again and august ๐ฏโโ๏ธ, im moving into my new house soon and its so cute and perfect i cant wait ๐ค, im super busy at work and i have a lot of fun .on.tap and it always makes me happier when im having a bad day which is really cool to have your work be so positive โค๏ธ, im happy with my body and love how i look and how i feel starting this mini cut and just instilling my pre prep routine to ease into habits like meal timing, certain staple meals, supplements, water etc you know just dialing in on everything, pushing myself in the gym and having good sessions with recovery throughout the week & lots of beach and yoga ๐งโโ๏ธ๐
I am so grateful to be feeling mentally so good, physically good, seeing a lot of my friends and having fun, our new home, the people around me & all the good things coming! It makes the hard days worth fighting through & this time last year i was ready to check out early ykwim like i was not well so many bad things all at once-
But look at us now! ๐ And if you are in a hard spot i know it sucks like i know it may seem better to peace out but you shouldnt you should keep going and force yourself to do the things you know you like to do. When you dont know what to do, do what you know. And keep going even of you dont feel any joy just keel going and putting your foot down for who you keep around you. Do whatever the f**k you want!!!
