Congratulations to Callie Catrett (Sophomore) and Hallie Stubbs (7th Grade) for making the 1A-7A All-County Golf Team!

The Gators Golf season concluded yesterday with an exceptional round of golf by Hallie Stubbs, who achieved her lowest tournament score of the year with an impressive 89. Hallie exemplified our school and city's values with her pride, determination, and class. Hallie secured a 9th place finish in the individual standings amidst a highly competitive field of skilled golfers. We anticipate outstanding accomplishments from Hallie and the rest of our Gator Golfers in the future.

Our girls golf team gave it their all at Sectionals yesterday. So proud of their efforts and work they have put in this year.

Congratulation to our very own Hallie Stubbs for her round of 93 as she advances as an individual to Sub-State next week!

It’s been an incredible year for Gator Golf, marked by growth and youthful talent that sets the stage for a bright future. We congratulate 5 student-athletes who have qualified to represent Satsuma High School in the post-season, with a few others narrowly missing the cut. Wishing the best of luck to these young men and women as the boys tee off at Troy Country Club on Monday and the girls compete Tuesday at Rock Creek!

The ladies picked up their 7th win of the year against Davidson, shooting 151 in rainy conditions. They’ve qualified for the 4A-5A Postseason Sectional Tournament as a team next Tuesday at Rock Creek! It’s been amazing to see these girls grow and thrive in the game this year.

Hallie Stubbs achieved a personal and team best score of the year yesterday with a 42! Unfortunately the Gators fell short, losing by 3 strokes to the Hornets. Hallie Stubbs’ score earned her 2nd and Callie Catrett finished 3rd. The ladies are back in action after Spring Break!

Today’s Balfour Match Play Championship was a huge success for our school, with all 5 golfers gaining valuable experience. Special shoutout to Senior Preston Huggins and 7th Grader Hallie Stubbs for making it to the Semifinals! Always a great day to be a Gator 🐊
