🕯️ What does it feel like to soften? To let your guard down & TRUST that you are safe, secure & capable

If you put your attention towards it, you will easily be able to discern where you are most valued.. 🧐

The tougher part is.. you have to CHOOSE to put more energy into reciprocating what speaks life into you, than getting stuck in the muck of what doesn’t. 🧠🧼

Can you stop impulsively tearing down everything that feels a little shaky.. can you sit with what your body is trying to tell you.. just a little bit longer?

Just because your new direction appears unfamiliar doesn’t mean it’s not meant to pursue.. after all, it takes a while to build up your confidence. You’ve been here before, just not this deep yet.

Channel your inner wisdom.
