It was fun to have a couple of our players participate. Everyone's generosity is deeply appreciated.

“It’s been an absolute pleasure and honor to coach this team,” said first-year Sault coach Linda Bouvet, whose squad included seven senior boys and four senior girls. “This team had high expectations and a lot of talent. I’m disappointed for the boys, in particular, because they didn’t reach their goal of winning a U.P. title. This was a tough lesson for all of us in learning how to mentally manage expectations, but the great thing about golf is our players can reset and start a new season tomorrow, and work on the game for years to come. They love golf and competing, and are wonderful young men and women on and off the course.”
