At Legends on the Snow, we don’t just celebrate machines, we celebrate the people who push them to their limits. As part of our Special Guests series, we’re proud to welcome Rachelle Fountain and rising star Piper Bell, connecting racing’s rich history with its future. More veteran drivers and current racers will be announced soon!

✨ Meet Rachelle Fountain
Rachelle was drawn into Snowcross at a young age, inspired by her father and a first unforgettable ride at a race held at the legendary I-500 track. Known for her grit and determination, she built a racing career by pushing limits and proving she could run with the best. One of her most defining moments came at the Pontiac Silverdome, where she entered her first pro race on a 440 sled against competitors on 600s and finished an impressive 4th out of 12. Snowcross shaped her discipline, focus, and confidence, and she’s proud to celebrate the sport’s history and community at Legends on the Snow.

🔥 Meet Piper Bell
Piper Bell is a rising motocross standout from Sault Ste. Marie, Michigan, already competing on one of the biggest stages in amateur racing. A multi-time qualifier for the AMA Amateur National Motocross Championship at Loretta Lynn’s Ranch, Piper has earned her place among the nation’s top young riders through relentless work ethic and focus. Racing at a national level in the highly competitive Girls 11–16 class, she proudly represents Michigan on tracks across the country and is excited to meet fans and inspire young riders.

This program comes from the Fourth Annual International 500 Snowmobile Classic, held in February 1972. 🏁

More than fifty years later, the I-500 is still bringing racers and fans back to Sault Ste. Marie. 🏁

🚨 LEGENDS ON THE SNOW — HERE’S WHAT WE HAVE PLANNED 🚨

We’re thrilled to share everything coming together for the 2nd Annual Legends on the Snow Vintage Snowmobile Show on Friday, February 6 — and it’s shaping up to be a day to remember.

☕ Doors open at 6am for hot coffee and a warm, hearty breakfast - followed by lunch and snacks.
🏁 The show runs 10am–3pm
🎁 Giveaways announced every hour for anyone who signs up — and yes, they’re really great
📸 Photo ops all day with racers, veteran racers, and an I-500 Princess
📻 93.9 broadcasting live
🔥 Kids welcome for s’mores and face painting

It’s cold out there — but don’t worry. We’ll have plenty of space to warm up inside The Warehouse throughout the day. Parking will be available at Meijer, with overflow parking nearby.

Come check out incredible vintage sleds, hear the stories behind them, vote for your favorites, and spend the day with people who love winter racing as much as you do.
