Do not use this company. As most of you know I a strong believer in dealing with disputes privately being a business owner. I tried with this company and to no avail. Mover will tell you, you are insured up to 100k and no restrictions including artwork. I reached out and had an insurance adjuster come to see the damages done. I provided what our cost was to all items damage which totalled over $7k . We just received correspondence back that they will only insure to $1k. They did a complete walk through the days before moving and we pointed out what was considered valuable artwork that would require special attention. Those were packed first, just in cardboard and all heavy items packed on top. Needless to say, all items were damaged beyond repair. The ones who unloaded even commented how bad they did and we provided the photos and videos of those comments to them. It fell on deaf ears. I worry not so much for ourselves but is this how they treat customers, civilians and military alike? I plan on reporting to the BBB but didn't want anyone to go what to endure what we have gone through. Needless to say, one of those pieces of artwork was from a dear friend Michael Tanner who passed away from Covid and the item is priceless and cannot be replaced.
