The Garden City Parks and Recreation Department is taking a wee bit of a break on Tuesday, March 17th, to celebrate St. Patrick’s Day, and will reopen on Wednesday, the 18th, at 9:00 a.m. with a pot of gold, or at least the coffee will be hot.
