-Hip thrust
-Wide stance leg press
-Pendulum squat
-Barbell RDL
These 4 movements hit all the important range of motionsšš¼ a glute drive, breaking at the hip, breaking at the ankle, and a hip hinge. So to build good legs, particularly glutes, drop the bands and get under some weight!
Tips:
Hip thrust- short range of motion, drive hips straight up. Leg press- wide, higher stance allows you to recruit more ham/glute/adductor, think constant tension and pushing through your heel. Pendulum squat- best machine for putting the most tension on your quads, think knees over toes, try to make hamstrings touch your calves. BB RDLs- push glutes back as the weight comes down, at the top think ātuck my glutesā and squeeze, there should always be some tension in the hamstrings through the whole movementšš¼

Topped with The Flavor Gang SMV sauce𤤠they have a lot of zero and low cal sauces and their ingredient list are far better than pretty much any sauce you can buy in a store. Not to mention they last better too.
Tip: any meal following training should generally be low in fat to allow for glycogen to be restored fasteršš¼

After prepping for 20 weeks and competing at the Lenda Murray 6 weeks ago, I thought my competition session was over. After getting right back on track after that show, mentally I knew I had more in me and personally I felt I didnāt look my best but that I could be better with more time. Iām now 6 weeks out from doing NPC Nationals in Orlando December 2-3. This will be my first try at turning pro and itāll be at the biggest most prestigious national show of them all. Iām switching division and will be required to make a 115lb weight cap which as of today Iām 114.8. In total, I will have prepped for 32 weeks straight! Thatās zero free meals, no high carb refeeds, no deviating from the plan and tons of cardio...not to mention Iāll be missing out on Thanksgiving food which I said Iād never do lol. I never thought in a million years I would be willing to adhere to something so strict for so long and miss out on things I love but my mind is much stronger than Iāve given it credit.
