THE BENEFITS OF SLED PUSHING FOR THE ELITE ATHLETE! football

Meet J-Rock!
Most 13 year olds are still learning the game.
J-Rock is mastering it.
Elite strength. Explosive speed. Vision that can’t be taught. This is what happens when a young man commits to the process. The field doesn’t lie.
Watch him work. Then watch him play!

“My Thought For Today is Psalm 42:1 NLT “As the deer longs for streams of water, so I long for you, O God.”
Desperation has a direction.
The deer doesn’t just want water but needs it to survive. That’s not weakness but wisdom.
Whatever you’re chasing, trying to fill the void-only one source actually satisfies. Your soul knows the difference.
For the coach: when your passion for your work runs dry( I can relate) go back to your source. The mission was never yours alone.
The question is what are you drinking from? Run toward the right source today because he loves you!

Most cheerleaders train their routines. Elite cheerleaders train their bodies.
Strength. Power. Explosiveness.
This is what Preparation looks like.
Is your athlete training like a champion or just practicing like one?

Want to know the secret to elite speed? Triple extension. Ankle, knee and hip.
When all three extend at the same time with maximum force- that’s where elite speed is born.
Most athletes never unlock it. We train it every session.

The best coaches never stop learning. Every note. Every drill. Every athlete.
Great coaching isn’t about what you already know-it’s about staying curios enough to keep growing.
Our athletes deserve a coach that prepares like their success depends on it.
Because it does!

My Thought for Today is Job 8:11-13 ESV. “Can papyrus grow where there is no marsh? Can reeds flourish where there is no water? While yet in flower and not cut down, they wither before any other plant. Such are the paths of all who forget God; the hope of the godless shall perish.”
‭‭Everything needs its source to survive and thrive. Cut a plant from its roots-it dies. Cut yourself from God and your hope(what you place confidence in)dies with it.
For the athlete… raw talent with the right foundation withers fast.
For someone that deals either hopelessness and depression. It lies and tells you there is no hope. But hope doesn’t come from your circumstances but your source. MAKE GOD YOUR SOURSE!
The plant doesn’t manufacture its own water. Neither do we. Get connected…stay connected.

My Thought For Today is Psalm 33:18 NLT. “But the Lord watches over those who fear him, those who rely on his unfailing love.”
‭‭Psalms‬ ‭33‬:‭18‬ ‭NLT‬‬
Psalm 33:18 is a promise that can bring rest to your life. Many believe that if they can control people and situations then they will be protected. That just isn’t true. How many of our relationships are being destroyed because of fear? When we are walking in fear we will attempt to control.
The psalmist lets us know that God not only sees those that that honor and respects him but that he will watch over and protect them. During those scary and difficult times they can trust in his love and mercy towards them. The fear the bible is referencing here is awe and respect towards God. Cultivate that in your life and it will make it easier for you to rest and let go of trying to protect yourself. Remember that God loves you!
