🏃‍♀️ Cross Country Interest Form 🏃‍♀️

We are so excited to get this year’s Cross Country season underway!

Summer workouts will begin in early July, and we can’t wait to get started. If you are interested in joining the team, please complete the Google Form via the QR code to receive important updates regarding the upcoming season, summer workout schedules, and training plans.

Whether you’re a returning runner or interested in trying cross country for the first time, we’d love to have you join us!

📅 Tryouts will take place August 11th–13th. Additional information regarding times and locations will be shared closer to the start of the season.

We are thrilled to announce the 2026–2027 SVA/BC Cheerleading Team! 📣💙💛

These talented young women will continue the proud tradition of supporting BC Football and they will begin supporting SVA Flag Football from the sidelines throughout the season. We are especially excited to share that this season will mark a historic milestone, as the Saints will compete in Game Day Competition Cheer for the very first time!

We want to congratulate all of the athletes who earned a spot on this year’s team and extend a sincere thank you to everyone who participated in tryouts.

We cannot wait to see these ladies back on the sidelines cheering on BC Football and SVA Flag Football, while also taking the competition floor this fall to represent the Saints.

“The 4x200 relay team had an incredible run at the 2026 State Championship meet in Athens last week. Sophie, Dalia, Lizzie and Liza left it all out on the track, running some of their fastest splits of the season. As a team they made podium for the event, placing 8th overall out of 16 teams with a final run time of 52.53. It has been an incredible season being able to watch them improve and even break the school record this year. Being a younger relay team allows for continued growth and I can’t wait to see evening they accomplish in the future.” - Ilene Hohnerlein, Track & Field Head Coach

The Saints took on the state’s best at the 2026 GHSA 1A-3A Private State Championship Meet on Wednesday in Athens — and they delivered an outstanding performance. 🏆🔥

Competing at UGA’s new track and field complex, the SVA track and field team rose to the challenge and represented the Saints with pride. 🐾😇

🥉 💪Tekla Thompson led the way in the field events, finishing 3rd overall in the discus and 4th overall in the shot put.

🏅🏃‍♀️The Saints’ 4x200 relay team — Sophie Chu-Dy, Dalia Hall, Lizzie Johnson, and Liza Joyner — placed 8th overall while setting a new school record with a time of 1:52.11.
