🥇Rifle Camp Recap 🎯

The Saints Rifle team had a great time hosting our Middle School Rifle Camp this week!

Campers learned the fundamentals of rifle shooting, practiced proper safety, and had the opportunity to put their new skills to the test during target practice.

A huge thank you to all of the campers who joined us this week and special thanks to our head coach Gary Ogden and coach David Wolfe for running the camp!

“I have been teaching math and coaching sports since 2008, beginning in Florida, then Hawaii, and now Savannah, where I have lived for the past eight years. Throughout most of my coaching career, I worked with boys’ basketball at the high school level, developing a passion for mentoring student-athletes.
As my daughters grew older and became involved in school athletics, my focus naturally shifted to coaching their teams. Over the past four years, I have had the privilege of coaching girls’ basketball and volleyball at St. Peter’s, where I have encouraged my players to grow in skill, confidence, teamwork, and leadership.
This past season Coach Gandis (Stewart) invited me to join her volleyball staff at SVA. I am grateful for the opportunity and excited to contribute to the program while continuing to grow as a coach and mentor.” - Coach Joey

Coach Corley brings 26 years of experience in education, teaching Health and Physical Education, along with an impressive coaching background across multiple sports. Her passion for developing student-athletes and fostering teamwork will be an incredible asset to our program.
