Today was about so much more than Zumba. ❤️💃🏻🇻🇪

I had the honor of being an instructor at a Zumbathon benefiting children in need in Meli Mastroeni Kirkwood home country of Venezuela through Bululú Wellness Being able to use something I love to support such a sweet cause means so much to me. 🥹❤️ And as a proud Puerto Rican 🇵🇷, it makes my heart even fuller to show up for my Latina sister and stand alongside our community 🇵🇷🤝🏽🇻🇪

A HUGE thank you to my Crunch crew for showing UP and showing OUT! 😭🔥 You brought the energy, the vibes, the love, and SO much Zumba spirit! Y’all were loud, proud, and made sure we were heard! 😂💃🏻🔥

I’m beyond grateful for every single person who came out, danced, donated, supported, and helped make today special. This is what Zumba is all about community, connection, and using our joy to make a difference. ❤️

Today’s Zumba was extra special because we FINALLY welcomed our collective mom and our Zumba fave, MAMI, back home from Puerto Rico! 🇵🇷🥹❤️ She’s been gone since July, and BABY… we felt that absence! 😭😂

So, of course, we had to celebrate her return the only way we know how, with a BLACK OUT Zumba! 🖤 Everyone showed up in her favorite color and brought ALL the energy! 🔥

So happy to have you back, Mami! 🥹 The Zumba fam missed you, and it just wasn’t the same without you! 🫶🏼
