Pure Gratitude for all of you that show up night after night chasing after finding the best version of yourself. After all these years being in the mat I still have yet to get bored with it. There’s no ceiling and always something to learn or a teammate to help. Regardless of any stressors in my life this place is my peace.

I hope everyone enjoys their Memorial Day! We will not be having any classes, however we will be having an open mat at 6pm! Come in and get some Memorial Day rolls in!

Long long day today at the Savannah newbreed competition. We tied for first place adults and got 6th with a small youth group! Grateful to all my stduents who trust me and put in the work. Great to see some of our Pooler Squad coming through and putting it in the line! Such good matches from everyone. No team picture this time because everyone was trickling out from a long ass day. Onward.

What a crazy whirlwind of a weekend. Three seminars in three days! Lots of rolling and miles covered. So grateful to my friends , and for hosting me and the opportunity to share with everyone. It’s always a pleasure to see people’s excitement over having a problem solved simply. All of these schools had impressive students to train with and I am grateful to all those who came out to support at each location!

Triple Header this weekend! I’ve had a LOT of friends and folks I’ve met through the years ask me to come teach or do a seminar and I was always too shy or introverted to take them up on the offer, traveling with really showed me that there’s a lot to be shared and I’ve been spoiled by his perspective over the years. I’m proud to be getting out of my shell and traveling a bit more and sharing all the things I’ve been fortunate to learn. Plus, I get to visit three of my favorite people and experience some real snow!
