First year of golf camp was a success!

Golfers spent the week playing fun games and learning the basics of golf. They learned the value of patience, good sportsmanship, and a smooth, steady swing. The week ended with our own version of the Drive, Chip, & Putt competition!

"That's a wrap" on the all-level volleyball camp. Next week, the high school girls will continue their workouts as we get closer to the season. Go Raiders!

The Savannah Christian Cross Country team spent the week at the Brevard Distance Runner Camp. The hosts used some creative ways to teach how to get better at distance running. The "Graduation Run" is John's Rock, and the SC team's theme was 101 Dalmatians. Go Raiders!

Wishing the friends and family of Dave Corbett comfort and peace during this difficult time.

It is with great sadness that we share the passing of David Skelding Corbett, a beloved educator, coach, veteran, and friend.

David began his teaching career in 1979 and faithfully served at Savannah Christian Preparatory School from 1980 to 2004. He taught social studies and world history, coached cross country, and helped establish the school's soccer program. His lasting impact was honored with the naming of Dave Corbett Field.

Please keep the Corbett family in your thoughts and prayers as we remember a life dedicated to service, education, and the lives of so many students and athletes.

The Raiders continue to work on getting better as we get closer to the season. Monday marked the first day GHSA teams could work a complete two-hour practice session. It also means we are only a week away from 'putting on the pads.' Go Raiders!
