Abigail # 19 | MH
Abigail Stephens is the daughter of Jeff & Jenny Stephens, the youngest of three siblings. She has played volleyball for five years.
Abigail is creative in the kitchen and loves making bread. She loves a variety of crafts, like crocheting, cross stitching, and sewing. She is also loves to spend her time reading.
Abigail enjoys her current job at the Children’s Museum of Pooler. Her love of animals has prompted her to get a biology degree in wildlife conservation after graduation.
She wants to thank her parents, for always supporting her and pushing her towards her aspirations. She also wants to thank her siblings, and in-laws: Marcena, Wesley, Blake, and Sarah Beth, as well as her nephews; Henley and Jesse for always listening to what she has to say and bringing her immense joy.
One of Abigail’s favorite Bible verses is Psalm 73:23-26: “Nevertheless, I am continually with you; you hold my right hand. You guide me with your counsel, and afterward you will receive me to glory. Whom have I in heaven but you? And there is nothing on earth that I desire besides you. My flesh and my heart may fail, but God is the strength of my heart and my portion forever.”
Her faith is a huge part of her life, and through every thought and interaction she has, she strives to show the light of Christ.
She is sad to say goodbye to the sport of volleyball and the people that accompany it. But she is also excited for this next chapter.🩷
