Movement is a fundamental part of life…and a key part of my mission as a personal trainer. Not everyone has the luxury of free mobility, which is why I am spearheading a fundraiser through my fitness center, FIT Gym, to raise money for AMBUCS. This incredible organization uses monies donated to provide differently abled children and adults the tools necessary to gain the gift of movement. Trykes (3 wheeled recumbent bikes) are given to those who struggle with the thing we all take for granted… mobility. AMBUCS also creates scholarships for physical therapists, occupational therapists, and speech therapist to give these amazing and differently abled folks a fighting chance at a high quality of life!
